NEW DATE ANNOUNCEMENT:
The Maury Regional Health Care Foundation has officially set a new date for the 2020 Mule Kick 5K & 1-Mile Trot following its initial postponement due to COVID-19. The new race date is October 31 (same time, same location) as a Halloween fun run — costumes encouraged!

All individuals who signed up for the race (originally scheduled for April 4) will remain registered for this new date. For those who had already signed up but are unable to participate on the new date, you will be able to pick up your t-shirt and race goody bag on a date to be announced later. ABOUT THE 5K
The Mule Kick 5K is a certified 3.1-mile run that begins at Riverwalk Park near downtown Columbia, heads toward Riverside Elementary and then meanders through the historic Riverside neighborhood before returning onto Riverside Drive and onto a paved path through Riverwalk Park alongside the Duck River.
ABOUT THE 1-MILE TROT
The 1-Mile Trot is a fun run for all ages. The top three male and female finishers age 12 and under will be awarded. Adults may run but will not be scored. Those registered for the 5K may run in the 1-Mile for free.
Packet pick-up and on-site registration will be held Friday, October 30, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. as well as the morning of the race from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. at the Riverwalk Pavilion. Participants are STRONGLY encouraged to pick up their packets on Friday evening as the morning of the race becomes very crowded. In the event of inclement weather on Friday or Saturday, packet pick-up will be moved to the gym of Riverside Elementary (side door closest to the park). Any updates will be posted on our Facebook page at Facebook.com/MuleKick5K. Guardians must be present for on-site registration of children age 17 and under.
